Mary will talk about the complexities of running a mature culinary business in San Francisco, with many unique challenges including the Health Care Security Ordinance, $15 minimum wage, increased competition and huge start up costs.
We will get to see how breads and sweets are made in an artisan bakery, and learn about Mary's new partnership with Dame Janet Griggs' Tout Sweet Patisserie.
